Does a divorce occur if a man says to his wife, "Forums of the Global Fans" (منتديات جماهير العالمي) and intends divorce?

Divorce is legislated to end the marital relationship, and for this reason, Islamic law has set conditions for divorce that necessitate deliberation, such as its occurrence during a period of purity (tuhr) in which no intercourse has taken place, and that it be for a valid reason. When intending divorce, a clear pronouncement must be used, such as: "You are divorced." If someone says to his wife "this phrase" (i.e., 'this sentence') and intends divorce by it, then the well-known opinion in the Maliki school is that divorce occurs, because they hold that any statement by which divorce is intended necessitates it. However, the majority of the Hanafis, Hanbalis, and Shafi'is do not consider divorce to occur with such a phrase, even if divorce was intended by it, because the wording is not valid for divorce in their view, and divorce does not occur by mere intention.
