The one who consumes usury must repent sincerely, feel remorse, resolve never to return to it, and try to repay the original amount of the usurious debts as much as possible, without the usurious increases imposed by its lenders, as there is no blame on him for not being able to repay immediately. As for Hajj, it is obligatory when one is able, after settling debts.
