Will Allah Almighty reward one who lends money to a disbeliever, and the disbeliever denies it, and will He compensate him for it in the Hereafter?

Lending money and showing beneficence with it are among the good deeds that a Muslim is keen to perform and through which they interact with other Muslims and peaceful non-Muslims. Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly." If a Muslim comes on the Day of Resurrection and has a right against a disbeliever, Allah will give them their full right from that disbeliever, for Allah will set up scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection: "So no soul will be wronged at all; and if there is [good] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as reckoners." The Prophet (peace be upon him) clarified that the fulfillment of rights between accountable individuals occurs by taking from the good deeds of the oppressor. If the oppressor has no good deeds, then from the sins of the oppressed, which are then burdened upon the oppressor. "And since the disbeliever has no good deeds, then from the sins of the oppressed, commensurate with the injustice, will be taken and placed upon the oppressor, who will then be thrown into the Fire." The loss of a Muslim's wealth in this world is among the calamities that expiate their sins, and if they bear it with patience, they will have a great reward.
