Is there anything upon a woman for passing the Miqat of Madinah and Yanbu without ihram, then performing ihram for 'Umrah from As-Sail?

Since the questioner intended to perform Umrah and resolved to do so while in Jeddah, she is obligated to enter into ihram from there because it has become a miqat for her. However, since she entered into ihram from Miqat As-Sail Al-Kabeer, nothing is required of her. Sheikh Abdurrahman Al-Barrak stated, "Nothing is incumbent upon her, because she returned to a more distant miqat, and because this is her original miqat."
