Is what is said true: that "it is not permissible for a woman to wear black during her menstruation, because the Kaaba is black, and this implies disrespect towards it," and is it true that "it is not permissible to wear black underwear out of reverence for the color of the Kaaba"?

A woman is permitted to wear black during menstruation for two reasons: First, the basic principle is permissibility, and there is nothing in Islamic law that prohibits wearing a specific color during menstruation. Second, covering the Kaaba with black is not an act of worship. Black is not a color specific to the Kaaba upon which a ruling of impermissibility for a menstruating woman to wear it can be built. Even if it were considered an act of worship, that would not indicate the prohibition or disfavor of a menstruating woman wearing black. Allah the Almighty has condemned those who prohibit what Allah has permitted or permit what He has prohibited without a legal basis.
