How can the problem of rising marriage age and its resulting social problems among young people be addressed?

The problem is the deviation of youth due to the inclination of each gender towards the other, which is a human فطرة (innate disposition). Allah has legislated proper marriage for this purpose, to preserve lineages and honor. The problem can be eliminated by addressing its main causes: exorbitant dowries, insistence on marrying a specific nationality, delaying marriage under the pretext of completing education or not securing a job, ignorance of the religious texts that encourage marriage, illicit relationships, media that promotes illicit relationships, and society's disapproval of polygyny.
