Marriage is a Sunnah of the Prophets, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged it. It is recommended for one who feels secure from falling into the forbidden (haram). It may become obligatory if the parents command it and the son is capable of it, because obedience to parents in what is good is obligatory. A righteous wife can also be a help in honoring and serving the parents.
