Who are those referred to in verse 162 of Surah An-Nisa, in His saying, the Almighty: "and those who establish prayer," and what are their descriptions or conditions?

The noble verse describes believers who are firmly rooted in knowledge as those who believe in what was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and what was revealed before him. They establish prayer and give zakat, and they believe in Allah and the Last Day. These are the ones whom Allah will grant a great reward.

The description "المقيمين الصلاة" (those who establish prayer) is in the accusative case (with a 'ya') instead of the nominative case (with a 'waw') to indicate the greatness and importance of this characteristic. Establishing prayer means maintaining it at its prescribed times, fulfilling its pillars, sunnahs, and with devotion, while having sincere intention for Allah Almighty.
