What is the ruling on eating meat imported from an Islamic country where Irjaa' (theological postponement) is prevalent?

The slaughtered animals of innovators are lawful unless their innovation is an act of disbelief, and unless proof has been established against them and the doubt removed. This is because the default assumption for one who professes Islam is that their Islam is valid, and one whose faith is established with certainty is not divested of it by doubt. As for the slaughtered animal of one whose disbelief is disputed, the ruling on eating from it varies according to the eater's belief. As for mixed countries, if the majority of their inhabitants are considered to have valid Islam, their slaughtered animals are lawful, due to the strong presumption that the slaughterer is a Muslim.
