What is the ruling on a 21-year-old girl wearing short clothes (below the knee) with Bermuda shorts over them?

A Muslim woman's attire must meet the Sharia specifications; otherwise, it is impermissible to wear it. "Bermuda shorts" do not adequately cover a woman's body, as they expose part of her legs and describe the size of her limbs. Therefore, caution must be exercised regarding wearing them outside the home. Adhering to proper covering and hijab is essential, for it brings good in this world and the Hereafter.
