Is it permissible to pray Dhuhr after Jumu'ah prayer in a town that has more than thirty-five mosques where Jumu'ah is held?

The Prophet (peace be upon him), his Companions, and the righteous predecessors did not pray another obligatory prayer after Jumu'ah. This act is an innovation and should not be done under the pretext of precaution, because the fundamental principle is the validity of Jumu'ah prayer. It must be abandoned and cautioned against, and one should suffice with Jumu'ah prayer.
