How sound is the saying: In the name of God, in the name of our redeemed king, in the name of the people, in the name of my colleagues?

This phrasing is impermissible because it associates others with Allah Almighty in seeking aid and initiating blessings in His name. If it is intended as a welcome to the newcomer, speaking on one's own behalf and on behalf of those who appointed them, then there is no harm. However, if it is intended to commence something with it instead of Allah's name, then it is forbidden. If the speaker intends to express that he is speaking on behalf of the Arabs or the people of the country, then there is no objection. But if he intends to seek blessings or aid through it, then it is a type of shirk, and it could be major shirk. For clarification, one can first say "Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim" (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful), and then say something like "In the name of the king, I address you."
