The answer

Abu Talhah al-Ansari, whose name was Zayd ibn Sahl, was a venerable Companion, the husband of Umm Sulaym, and the father of Anas ibn Malik. He was among the most virtuous Companions, and the Prophet bore witness that he would enter Paradise. Umm Sulaym embraced Islam at his hands. He was one of the skilled archers who defended the Prophet in the Battle of Uhud. He died as a ghazi (a warrior in the cause of Islam) at sea, seven days after his death, and his hair remained unchanged. His voice in the army was better than that of a whole company. He lived more than 20 years after the Prophet and used to fast continuously except on the two Eids.
