What is your advice to a married woman who suffers from her husband's continuous mistreatment, including insults, curses, and beatings, and sometimes cursing Allah Almighty, knowing that she has four children with whom she lives in one room, and her financially well-off husband refuses to build them a house, and she fears divorce due to destitution and her inability to support her children?

If a man curses Allah Almighty, this is an act of disbelief (kufr), and he must be advised and called to repentance. If he does not repent, his wife must leave him and refer his case to the Sharia court.

As for frequently cursing the wife and sometimes beating her, this contradicts Allah Almighty's command to treat wives kindly, and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The best among you is the one who is best to his family." The husband must be advised and reminded of Allah Almighty. If he does not benefit from the advice, the wife has the right to seek separation due to harm. The wife also has the right to a suitable dwelling, whether owned or rented.
