What is the optimal course of action for us—a group of Muslim students at a Catholic university—to perform the Friday prayer congregationally between classes, given that the Dhuhr time begins late and most of us will have to leave early?

Those who are in the city must attend Friday prayer in the mosque, and it is not permissible for them to be absent from it or to establish it at their workplace or study place. If there is no mosque nearby, it is permissible to establish Friday prayer in a club or any available place. The mentioned time (20 minutes) is sufficient for establishing Friday prayer with a short sermon. If that is difficult, it is permissible to deliver the sermon before zawal (midday) in accordance with the Maliki school of thought.
