Is it permissible to recite the Quran while listening to the Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) being recited aloud in Urdu before the Friday sermon?

Raising the voice with dhikr before the Jumu’ah prayer is a reprehensible innovation (bid‘ah muhdathah). It disturbs those praying and those reciting the Quran. This practice should be prohibited, and it should be explained to them that it is an innovation.

If this matter cannot be changed, there is no harm in reciting the Quran while hearing this innovative dhikr. The reciter should focus on their recitation and try to maintain presence of heart as much as possible.
