The answer

The fundamental principle is that a wife does not leave her husband's home except with his permission and obedience. If he orders her to transfer her work to his country, she must obey him. If she does not, she is disobedient (nashiz). If you divorce her for this reason, there is no blame upon you, but it is better to reconcile with her. As for the conditional oath of divorce, the majority of scholars hold that divorce occurs upon the fulfillment of the condition. However, Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah is of the opinion that if one intends by his oath prevention or encouragement, then divorce does not occur; rather, he is obligated to offer an expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat yamin).
