According to the fatwa regarding following the imam in rukoo‘ even if the follower has not completed Al-Fatihah: - Should the follower recite the remaining two verses of Al-Fatihah if he believes he will catch the imam in rukoo‘ before the imam rises? And is this obligatory? - If the follower recites the remaining two verses, and the imam rises before the follower bows, does that rukoo‘ count for him? - If the imam and follower say the tasleem at the beginning of the last tashahhud, should the follower say the tasleem with him or complete the tashahhud?

Scholars have differed concerning the ruling on one whose Imam bows before he completes the recitation of Al-Fatihah. Some are of the view that he should complete the recitation, while others hold that he should bow immediately. According to the second opinion, the prayer of the congregant becomes invalid if he completes the recitation, and the Imam raises from bowing before him, and the is a pillar that must be completed.
