What is the ruling on one who bears false witness under the influence of magic?

If a person afflicted by strong magic loses control of their actions, they are not held accountable before Allah for what they say. However, if their testimony causes harm to an individual or an entity, they are liable for this harm and responsible for it, especially if it cannot be restored by the one who took it.
