Is the questioner considered sinful and deserving of God's wrath due to her difficult situation arising from her parents' disputes, her father's demand for his money and his threat to take them to court, while she fears her mother's anger if she complies with her father?

The father's actions of defamation, filing lawsuits, and taking money are forbidden (haram) and contradict what the Sharia commanded regarding the care of children. As for his stinginess towards his unmarried daughters, he is obligated to spend on them in a reasonable manner (bi'l-ma'ruf). As for the married daughters, their sustenance is incumbent upon their husbands.

It is obligatory for children to be dutiful (birr) towards their father and not to sever ties with him, regardless of his actions. It is not permissible to obey the mother in severing ties with the father.

If harm from the father is feared, one can limit interaction to inquiring about him by phone. It is not obligatory to give him money he requests if he is not in need of it.

Regarding the house the father wrote in the mother's name: If the mother took possession of it, then it is her property, and he is not permitted to revoke his gift. Her relinquishing it to her daughters is valid if they took possession of it. If the mother did not take possession of it, then the gift is not binding, and the father is permitted to revoke it.

The money gifted in the bank in the daughters' names: This is an enforceable gift, and the father is permitted to revoke it except in specific cases, such as if their marriage was contingent upon their ownership of this money.
