Is continuously reciting Surahs Ya-Sin, As-Saffat, Al-Jinn, and Al-Anbiya daily sufficient, by Allah's will, to cure spiritual ailments such as possession, envy, and the evil eye? And has any specific virtue for these surahs been mentioned regarding their healing power against these ailments?

The virtue of reciting the Qur'an and benefiting from it in treatment and ruqyah is only established by divine revelation. As for treatment and ruqyah from the evil eye, magic, and envy, the entire Qur'an is goodness, blessing, healing, and benefit, by Allah's permission. If something from it is tried as ruqyah and proves beneficial, there is no harm in it. The principle in this regard is: "There is no harm in ruqyah as long as it does not involve shirk." It is established that Surah Al-Baqarah, Al-Fatihah, and the two Mu'awwidhatain protect a person from illnesses and are a cause for their healing.

Surah Al-Anbiya' is one of the ancient surahs that were revealed. Hadiths have been reported regarding the virtues of Surahs Ya-Sin, As-Saffat, and Al-Jinn, but most of what is reported concerning the virtue of Surah Ya-Sin is weak or fabricated, and no authentic specific hadith has been established regarding it. As for what is reported concerning the virtue of Surah As-Saffat, most of it is weak. The closest report regarding seeking healing by reciting something from it is a weak hadith mentioning the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, charming a man with verses from several surahs, including ten verses from the beginning of As-Saffat.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged the recitation of certain surahs, such as Al-Fatihah, which is established as ruqyah, and the two Mu'awwidhatain and Ayatul Kursi before sleep for protection from the devil, and Surah Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran because they will come on the Day of Judgment as two clouds defending their reciter. Taking Al-Baqarah is a blessing, and leaving it is regret, and sorcerers cannot overcome it.
