What is the Shar'i ruling regarding a disobedient wife who abuses her husband and his family, neglects her home and prayers, refuses to fulfill her husband's rights, and threatens to seek divorce and prevent him from traveling, knowing that he has a condition in the marriage contract not to marry another woman while married to her?

The wife is mentioned as being negligent in her duty towards Allah, her husband, and her mother, and as cursing her husband's parents. She should be advised to pray, for if she maintains her prayers, it will help her abandon the remaining forbidden acts. If she does not maintain her prayers, then divorcing her is preferable. The issue of disloyalty (nushuz) can be addressed through legitimate Islamic methods. If she does not become righteous, then divorcing her is better, and a ransom (fidyah (definition)) can be requested in exchange for divorce. She does not have the right to compel the husband to leave the country or to prevent him from accessing his passport. It is recommended to seek the help of wise individuals or to refer the matter to an Islamic court.
