Will the prayer of a person whose project is half permissible and half forbidden be accepted, knowing that he is married, has a son, pays rent, and this situation has persisted for years?

A Muslim must avoid the unlawful, for every person will be asked about their wealth: from where they acquired it and on what they spent it. The Sharia (definition) has condemned the lack of scrupulousness regarding wealth and warned against consuming the unlawful, due to its effect in preventing the acceptance of supplications. The Holy Spirit breathed into the soul of the Prophet, peace be upon him, that no soul shall die until it has received its full provision and its appointed term. Therefore, a Muslim must avoid the unlawful and beware of it, lest it corrupt their worldly life and their Hereafter. Trading in unlawful things does not affect the validity of prayer, but if one's prayer does not restrain them from indecency and evil, then there is a defect in their prayer. Therefore, a Muslim must hasten to repent from the unlawful, for whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate them with something better.
