What is the ruling on placing a background image in Word 2003 documents that contains a Quranic verse and a noble Hadith (a scale with the verse inside it: ﴿So judge between the people with truth and do not follow [personal] inclination, lest it lead you astray from the way of Allah. Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.﴾, and the Hadith: "You bring your disputes to me, and I am only a human being. It may be that one of you is more eloquent in his plea than another, so if I give a judgment to anyone of you concerning something that is a right of his brother, then I am only cutting off for him a piece of Hellfire, so he should not take anything from it.")? And does this action violate the sanctity of the Holy Quran?
