What is the ruling on placing transaction papers containing "Bismillah" (In the Name of Allah) or books with Qur'anic verses on the place of prostration in the mosque?

What contains the name of Allah should be magnified. However, there is no harm in placing papers and religious books that contain the Basmalah on clean carpets in the mosque or elsewhere, as long as it does not involve desecration.
