What should a woman do who has been bleeding continuously for a month and a half, with the cause unknown and doctors' diagnoses conflicting between pregnancy and the presence of a cyst, and should she fast in Ramadan or make up for it?

She must fast Ramadan (definition), and she breaks her fast and stops praying during her usual period before the bleeding, then she fasts and prays. She performs ablution for each obligatory prayer after its time has begun, based on the hadith (definition) of Umm Habibah in the Two Sahihs. The duration she remains without fasting or praying is according to her known habit. It is permissible for her to look at and read from the Mushaf (definition) without touching it directly, or she may hold it with a barrier.
