I am the one who submitted Fatwa No. 136971. I am asking about the ruling on marriage with the intention of divorce, as I married a man who did not inform me of his intention to divorce beforehand. You indicated in previous fatwas that marriage with the intention of divorce is forbidden in Fatwa No. 3458, but you permitted it in Fatwa No. 50707. And you mentioned in Fatwa No. 6875 that repeated marriage and divorce without a legitimate Islamic reason is not permissible. In my case, I married him to reside in Egypt and travel with him, and then he divorced me after our return, as his goal from the marriage was merely a change. So, is this permissible, especially since I am newly married and have no experience in marital relations?
