The answer

It is not permissible to resort to deception to study in institutes and violate their conditions, for Allah, the Almighty, says: (O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, FULFILL [ALL] CONTRACTS), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Muslims are bound by their conditions). As for practicing a profession you are skilled in, there is no harm in it, even if you learned it through deception. It is not a condition for repentance to abandon working with it; rather, one should seek Allah’s forgiveness for the transgression and then engage in any permissible work they wish.
