The answer

It is not permissible to defraud the terms and conditions of educational or training institutions, because a Muslim is bound by conditions that do not violate Sharia. It is stated in the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that forbids what is lawful or permits what is unlawful."

Fraud and deception are forbidden; due to the Almighty's saying: "But evil plotting ensnares only its own people," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives us is not of us, and scheming and deception lead to Hell," and "The believer is noble and generous, while the wicked is cunning and vile." This is a severe warning indicating that scheming and deception are major sins.
