ما حكم الترحم على مسلم توفي ولا تُعلم حاله؟ وما حكم الدعاء لشخص اشتكى من هم لا تُعلم حاله؟ وهل يجوز الترحم والدعاء بالمغفرة لجدة توفيت وكانت مريضة بالمس ولا تصلي ولكن تذكر الله؟
What is the ruling on a person saying to another, "May the curse of Hubal be upon you," or "May the gods curse you," whether in jest or seriously? Does this count as major disbelief (kufr) and shirk (associating partners with Allah) that expels its perpetrator from Islam and nullifies his deeds? And what must he do to return to Islam if that is the case?
Is a person who utters the Two Testimonies, yet remains ignorant of the unlawfulness of something whose unlawfulness is known by necessity, and who used to consider it lawful before uttering them, considered an inward Muslim?
What is the ruling regarding someone whose term of life expired, and they had intended to embrace Islam and declared it publicly? And will their sincere intention intercede for them?

Do the rights of people fall away from an apostate if he repents, or is it necessary to seek their absolution? And is there a difference in this regard between financial rights and physical rights (such as striking), and rights related to backbiting, reviling, and cursing?
Does one who swears by disbelief, intending it for an action or saying, then repents and wishes to perform that saying or action, become a disbeliever according to Ibn Taymiyyah, even if that action is uttering the Two Testimonies of Faith?
