Is the torment of the grave inclusive of the disobedient believer, or is it specific to disbelievers?

The continuous torment of the grave is for the hypocrite and the disbeliever. As for the disobedient believer, he may be tormented in his grave, as was established in the hadith of Ibn Abbas that the Prophet ﷺ passed by two graves whose occupants were being tormented. One of them did not shield himself from urine, and the other walked with slandering, and both were Muslims.
