Is it permissible to seek divorce from a husband who works in a bank in the credit card customer service department and is negligent in his prayers, out of fear of raising children with ill-gotten money and with a person who does not pray?

If the husband is negligent in his prayers and works in a usurious bank, then it is permissible for the wife to seek divorce from him. This is because when the husband abandons Allah's right, the wife becomes like the husband in the permissibility of freeing herself from him through khul'. However, it is first advisable to try to counsel the husband, encourage him to repent and be righteous, and associate with pious people. If that does not help, then there is no harm in seeking divorce.
