Is it permissible for a poor married woman who owns gold valued at 11,000 Riyals, and whose husband does not agree to its sale, to receive Zakat?

It is permissible to take from zakat if the husband's income surplus is insufficient to meet the basic needs of the family, and the husband is considered poor or indigent in this case. Likewise, it is permissible for him to take from zakat if he has a debt that he is unable to repay. The wife's possession of gold does not prevent the husband from taking zakat, because he is responsible for the family's maintenance.
