Is a husband's saying "maternal uncle" to his wife considered a divorce, based on his reading in some books of Fiqh that whoever says "taal" (طال) and does not pronounce the letter Qaf (ق) is deemed to have issued a divorce?

A man's statement to his wife, "You are divorced" (انت خال) or "You are divorced" (انت طال), is not considered a divorce if he did not intend divorce by it. This is because divorce occurs either through an explicit pronouncement or through an implicit statement coupled with the intention of divorce. It is advisable to disregard divorce-related whisperings (waswas).
