How can one attain the station of divine miracles, like some of the righteous?

Among the deeds that Allah loves and through which supplications are answered are the voluntary prayers (Nawafil). This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the Qudsi Hadith: "My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory deeds until I love him. When I love him, I am his hearing with which he hears... And if he asks Me, I will surely give him; and if he seeks refuge in Me, I will surely grant him refuge."
