How can I stop committing zina (fornication/adultery), and will my repentance be accepted, given that I relapse into zina whenever I am alone with a dark-skinned woman, despite my repeated repentance?

Adultery is one of the grave major sins that incur Allah's wrath and negatively affect both the individual and society. It is even more heinous and abominable if committed by a married person. Nevertheless, Allah accepts sincere repentance from the adulterer if they abandon the sin, regret it, and resolve never to return to it. To avoid falling into adultery, one must adhere to Allah's commands and shun everything that leads to it, such as being alone with a non-mahram woman, touching her, speaking with her unnecessarily, and letting one's gaze wander to women. One should also be keen on accompanying righteous people and attending circles of knowledge, staying away from bad company, and it may be obligatory to migrate if avoiding temptations is not possible. Furthermore, one must conceal their sin and not disclose it.
