You are not permitted to take out a loan if you do not meet the company's conditions, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions in what is lawful." A Muslim should not be lenient in taking on debt without need, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was strict concerning the matter of debt. It was reported from him that if a man were to be killed in the way of Allah, then live, then be killed in the way of Allah, then live, and he had a debt, he would not enter Paradise until his debt was paid.
