Is paying money to an employee to expedite a transaction that is rightfully mine and would normally take five days, but now only two days, considered bribery?

If delaying the transaction for five days does not result in a clear harm, or if expediting it leads to the forfeiture of another's right, then it is impermissible to pay money to the employee, as it constitutes a bribe forbidden by Islamic law. However, if a clear harm results from the delay, and expediting it does not lead to the forfeiture of another's interest, and paying money becomes necessary to complete the transaction in two days, then there is no harm in paying it, and the sin remains upon the recipient.
