Is it obligatory to perform the prayer, and will it be accepted from a person who works as an electrical technician in a hotel that has alcohol, a disco, and intermingling, where half of his salary comes from the percentage of alcohol sales, and he looks at naked foreign women in his workplaces?

It is not permissible to continue working in a hotel that includes unlawful acts, due to the cooperation in sin and aggression involved, and the encounter with abominations and forbidden scenes. One must search for work free from these abominations. As for prayer, it is obligatory to maintain it wherever you are, and abandoning it is one of the greatest sins. It is also obligatory to lower the gaze and guard one's chastity, in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision."
