Is it permissible for a pilgrim performing Umrah who is exhausted by travel and Umrah in one day to break his fast in Ramadan? And what is the ruling on him breaking his fast if he does so?

The concessions of travel are terminated upon the traveler's arrival at the country of residence. Thus, he is not permitted to break his fast unless he encounters an unbearable and severe hardship, such as fear of perishing or intense difficulty. However, if the hardship is bearable and does not lead to harm, then breaking the fast is not permissible, and he must repent and make up the day.
