Is the "Takwini Wilayah" (creative guardianship) that Shiites believe their Imams possess considered "Shirk in Rububiyyah" (associating partners with Allah in His Lordship)?

The concept of "Wilayah al-Takwiniyyah" (Cosmic Guardianship) is a Shiite belief that their Imams possess the power to transgress the laws of nature and act upon the universe by Allah's permission, such as giving life and causing death. They derive this from what has been narrated concerning the Prophets, claiming that the Imams are superior to the Prophets. Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunnis) consider this belief to be a fabrication with no evidence, viewing it as an impugnment of Rububiyyah (Lordship) and leading to the deification of the Imams. They do not affirm Imamate by explicit textual designation, nor infallibility for anyone other than the Prophets, nor do they accept extremism that leads to deification.
