Is anal sex forbidden, permissible, or disliked? And how do you respond to the one who cites the weakness of the hadiths prohibiting it, claiming they are flimsy, or that the prohibition is a personal ijtihad (individual reasoning)?

The four Imams and the majority of scholars are in agreement on the prohibition of engaging in sexual intercourse with women in any place other than the place of cultivation (vagina). There are authentic hadiths that prove this, among them: "Accursed is he who has intercourse with a woman in her anus," and "Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with his wife in her anus," and "Indeed, Allah is not shy of the truth, so do not have intercourse with women in their anuses." Al-Shawkani mentioned that the hadiths reported regarding its prohibition strengthen each other, and he leaned towards prohibition. He also quoted Ibn al-Qayyim's words regarding the harms of this act.
