What is the ruling on saying: "He who does not deserve death died at the hand of him who does not deserve life"?

The phrase "So-and-so does not deserve to live" can carry two meanings:

The first: It is said about someone who was killed unjustly, meaning that the killer is the one who deserves death for his injustice. There is no issue with this meaning.

The second: It is an objection to Allah's divine decree and destiny, and an expression of displeasure with His wisdom. This is a false meaning that contradicts faith in divine decree and patience. Therefore, a Muslim must be wary of Satan's whispers and choose clear, unambiguous expressions.
