What is the ruling on altering human images by merging them with animal images, and likening the animal to a human and calling it by an Arabic name?

Modifying images of animate beings or merging them, if they remain whole, takes the ruling of original photography. However, if they are changed such that they no longer represent an animate being, then the more apparent ruling is permissibility. Naming an animal a specific name and calling it by that name is not legally prohibited, and people have customarily named their animals. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also had riding animals with Arabic names.
