Is a woman's travel alone a distance of 75 km (approximately one hour) from Amman to Irbid by bus for study considered a prohibited journey?

A woman is not permitted to travel without a mahram for any journey, regardless of its length, as long as it is considered travel. A distance of 75 kilometers is considered travel. If a mahram is unavailable, the woman should be advised to seek another university and transfer to it. If she finds no other way and is in need of studying, she may follow the opinion of those who permit a woman to travel with a trustworthy group for any journey of obedience.
