How can one overcome the problem of people gloating due to one's physical appearance and voice, which has led to isolation, problems in daily life, and the desire for death?

The entire creation of man is beautiful because it is Allah's creation, and it is not considered a defect. Superiority in the sight of Allah is based on piety, not appearance. Therefore, do not be ashamed of your appearance or your voice. Whoever mocks you is discrediting Allah's creation, so remind them of His saying, the Almighty: "O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them." Embrace your life with optimism and do not despair, for Allah will reward you for your patience.
