Is the circumambulation (tawaf) of a menstruating woman or a woman in postnatal bleeding valid if she is compelled to do so, and what is the ruling on repeating the circumambulation for a pilgrim in a state of ihram before or after the sa'i, but before full dissolution of ihram?

The basic principle is that a menstruating woman or a woman in postpartum bleeding should not perform tawaf. However, if she experiences menstruation after her ihram and it is not possible for her to wait or stop the bleeding, it is permissible for her to perform tawaf while she is menstruating.

It is permissible to separate tawaf and sa'i by another tawaf or by other acts, and continuous succession between them is not obligatory. However, it is recommended to maintain continuous succession between them to avoid scholarly disagreement.

There is no harm in performing voluntary tawaf after the obligatory tawaf and sa'i and before shaving or shortening the hair.
