Is paying a smaller amount (200 or 300 riyals) to organizations that send udhiyah sacrifices outside the country, an amount equivalent to three sacrifices, better in reward than buying one expensive udhiyah locally (1200 riyals or more)?

The Sunnah for Udhiyah (sacrifice) is for the Muslim to perform it in their own country, because sacrificing outside one's country contradicts the Sunnah and leads to the loss of many benefits, including:

1. Concealing the ritual of Udhiyah in the sacrificer's country. 2. Missing the opportunity to draw closer to Allah through its slaughter and witnessing the slaughter. 3. Missing the opportunity to mention Allah's name over it. 4. Missing the opportunity to eat from it, which Allah began with in His saying: "So eat from them and feed the needy [and] the poor," (Quran 22:28) and His saying: "So eat from them and feed the content and the supplicant." (Quran 22:36) 5. Missing the required distribution, which involves eating from it, giving gifts, and giving charity. 6. Depriving the people of the country from benefiting from it by gifting it to the poor and neighbors. 7. Uncertainty about its slaughter being performed in the most complete manner, as it might be slaughtered before the prayer, or after the days of Tashreeq, or without mentioning Allah's name.

Whoever wishes to give charity to the needy, the door of charity is open without altering the act of worship from its prescribed legal form.
