Are colors in women's clothing on the street forbidden, and what permissible adornments (accessories) can she wear on the street?

Islamic law does not specify a particular type or color of clothing for women to wear when going out. Rather, scholars have mentioned conditions for the hijab, and if these conditions are met in any type of clothing, then there is no harm in wearing any color, as long as it does not constitute a striking adornment. She is permitted to wear all types of adornments, but she is not allowed to display them openly to non-mahram men, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their sons, their husbands’ sons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons, their sisters’ sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah all of you, O believers, that you may succeed" (An-Nur:31).
