Is it permissible to say, "This is by the grace of Allah and then the Qur'an"?

If what is meant by "the Qur'an" is God's speech, not the act of reciting it, then it is an idle statement. However, if what is meant is the act of reciting, which is a human action and recitation, then there is a valid point. The best approach is to attribute all grace and favor solely to God.
